Lead Time

• All jungle gyms are built to order. Please allow approximately [insert estimated time, e.g. 2–4 weeks] for production.

• We’ll keep you updated on progress and let you know once your jungle gym is ready for delivery or pickup.

Delivery Options

• We offer delivery in selected areas. Please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your location and to get a delivery quote.

• Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own collection.

Installation

• Delivery does not automatically include installation unless discussed and quoted for in advance.

• We recommend professional installation for safety. We’re happy to help arrange this if needed.

Important Notes

• Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

• Jungle gyms are heavy and bulky. Make sure there is clear access to the area where it will be installed or placed.
